Registration for 2012 Indoor Activities

We will get started at 6:30 pm each night with the Safety Program begriming
at 7:00 pm. After the safety program is completed you can visit the discipline
stations to find out more information at which you signed up for. Ages for
youth are 8-18 as of January 1st, 2012. The youth and one or both parents must
attend on of the two evenings. Registration will be held at eh davison
County 4-H fairgrounds. Cost is of the program is $15.00.

We are having two nights of registration, you only need to attend one of them.
November 28th, 2011 at 6:30
December 5th, 2011 at 6:30

Both held at the Davison County Fair Grounds

There are 2 forms that need to be filled out for registration.
The forms have changed, you can fill them out there.



During the registration we will fill out all paper work,
go through all the rules and regulations, demonstrate
the shooting procedures and answer all questions.

The information that is required for registration is as follows
Participants Name, Address, Birth Date
Parent's and Shooters Signatures

Cost: $15.00 - per child
( pay at the time of registration)

We ask that a parent or guardian stay with the participant during registration.
